Orders shipped via Blue Dart are delivered within 2 - 3 business days* from the date of shipping

COD orders shipped via Delhivery are delivered within 4 - 5 business days*

International Shipping

Orders shipped via UPS/ Fedex/ Aramex will be fulfilled within 15-25 business days.All international shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

International shipping rates vary with place and will be indicated at the time of checkout.

Note for all International shipping : We're delighted to ship worldwide! Please note that your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country's customs office. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges, and are the buyer's responsibility.

We hope you will love everything you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 2 days from the delivery date to return it to us. We offer a credit note valid for a year from the date of issue. As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold.

Here’s how you can return or exchange your order:

AT HOME PICKUP

You can request an at-home pick-up for your returns and exchanges. Simply write to care@divasmantra.com or call/WhatsApp on +91 74026 75555. A return shipping fee of Rs 200 will be deducted from all orders to arrange for your pickups.

Pls Note: Return Shipping Pick up Request is suspended temporarily due to issues with courier partners.

AT DIVAS MANTRA STORE

You can return and exchange your items free of charge at Divas Mantra Store in Chennai.

Any additional shipping charges or gift wrap packaging, if paid, will be deducted from your credit note amount.

All items must be returned in their sealed original packaging and in its original condition.
