Our online store is currently open and shipping globally. With the health and safety of our team and community in mind, we are currently making jewellery as well as packing and shipping orders. While we are fulfilling orders as frequently as possible, please allow for the possibility of slightly delayed shipping time than our usual 2-3 business days. We are incredibly grateful for your patience and support as we continue to navigate this new reality and shift.

What are Divas Mantra Jeweler's hours of operation?

10:00 am to 7:30 pm (IST), Monday to Saturday (Not available on Indian Public Holidays)

Are the colors of the products shown on the website accurate?

While we have made every effort to display colours of the products appear as accurately as possible on the website, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Some products may also appear smaller or larger than their image displayed on our website.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless ‘SOLD OUT’ is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email care@divasmantra.com, to find out if the product can be made available or if the made to order option is available, place an advance order.

What happens if my jewellery breaks?

Jewellery is naturally very delicate; they need to be taken proper care in order to last long. Just like glass can break, delicate jewellery will break too if not handled with care.

However, Divas Mantra is happy to repair your item for you. Repair Cost will increase depending on the extent of the damage if not under warranty period. Please provide photos of the issue so we can determine the best course of action. Please be ready to provide the receipt of your original purchase.

Do the products I buy from Divas Mantra come with warranty?

Yes, we do provide a warranty for our jewellery for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. We will cover all types of repairs and polish issues free of cost during that period. However, if the product is crushed or completely tampered, we will not be able to help you.

Do you have buy back on old jewellery which I purchased from Divas Mantra?

Yes, of course we would love to take back our old pieces back at 50% of the value of the invoice excluding GST in exchange for a new product for the same invoice value or greater. 

Do you customise jewellery?

Do you provide discounts?

As a company policy, we don’t believe in discounts and we provide value for money. But in order to not disappoint you, we do have a 5% off for customer who sign up to our newsletters.

Where can I see my tracking details?

Tracking details are updated on your account page or we will send you a mail with your tracking details too.
