Warranty Information



Jewelry is delicate and needs to be handled with care. Our products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the day they were bought when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.

What is covered under warranty:

  1. The plating on the jewellery.
  2. Stone setting.
What is not covered under warranty:
  1. Breakage due to mishandling.
  2. Damage due to exposure to water/ chemicals.
How do I make a claim?
  1. Please write to us on care@divasmantra.com with your order details and a description of the fault or damage. Including photographs of any fault helps a lot in speeding up claims.

We offer a LIFETIME POLICY on our jewellery starting from the date of purchase on pieces worth 10,000 INR or more.

This policy is available only on Mathuram, Nabah & Navras Collection. The offer entails that you may, at any point of time EXCHANGE the piece with us for another one of our products worth 50% of the original piece’s value (Invoice value in the bill excluding the GST value).

The new product purchase should be equal to or greater than the previous invoice value to avail this exchange.

Note : This policy is only valid if the original copy of the invoice has been maintained and the piece is returned in it’s original condition with zero non-repairable damages.

*For customized or re-designed pieces, the activation of the buyback policy is upon the discretion of the Divas Mantra Team.
