Refund Policy

Before you return a Divas Mantra product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by local artisans from India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from the other. The stones therefore may vary slightly. All our products go through quality control before shipping.

Returns will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product.

In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging).

No return or exchange will be made if you are unsure about the design after delivery. We request you to make a careful and sensible decision before purchase itself. We would be happy to share more pictures and videos of the product so that you may make up your mind.

No returns or exchanges for products sold during Sale.

STEPS TO MAKING AN EXCHANGE (within 3 days of delivery)

  1. Exchanges are possible within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. You must email us oncare@divasmantra.com to notify us and also inform us the product you would like to exchange it with, post which we will arrange a return pickup the next consecutive day.

STEPS TO MAKING A RETURN (within 3 days of delivery)

  1. Please inform us within 3 days of receiving your order. You must email us on care@divasmantra.com to notify us.
  2. Before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us, you are required to send us a video of the product while opening. Then it is up to the discretion of the Divas Mantra team to decide whether the product is approved for return.
  3. Products can be returned within 3 days from the time of receipt of goods at customer’s end, only if goods are found in damaged or defective condition. No return is allowed in other cases.
  4. Once we have received your email and our Quality Control team has authorized the return, we will arrange for a courier to collect the goods and return them to us.
  5. Divas Mantra will replace the items free of charge if possible or issue a refund for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping (The decision between exchange or refund will be made on a case-by-case basis by our team). We will refund the purchase price of the jewellery and the shipping charges. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.
  6. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about within 3 business days of product receipt.
  7. As the charge to your credit card/account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund to your account via our respective Payment Gateway if applicable as per the situations given below within 15 days ofreceiving the returned product. 

REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

Genuine quality issues.

Packages lost in transit.

In case we discover that a wrong item has been shipped to you.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

If the client expected early delivery without any previous indication provided at the time of or before order placement. We dispatch all orders within 3-5 WORKING days and it takes anytime between 2-7 days to get delivered within India and 15-25 days internationally.

Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.

After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.

Package refused by recipient.

Sizing issues. Thus, please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.

Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade and use natural stones, so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.

If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.

The customer needs to intimate us within 3 days of receipt of goods at his/her end.

In case a Made to Order request is placed and the customer cancels the order subsequently, 50% of the product cost will be deducted and the balance will be refunded to the customer.

STEPS TO MAKING A RETURN/ EXCHANGE (after 3 days of delivery)

If you wish to return a product after 3 days of delivery, you may avail our buyback exchange offer. Kindly refer to the policy on our Warranty Information for the same. Afterwards, write to us on care@divasmantra.com for your exchange.
